Percentage of Annual Base Salary

Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate's confirmed annual base salary. The exact rate is discussed and agreed with you before any search begins, and confirmed in writing in the Engagement Schedule.

  • Part-time roles pro-rated on full-time equivalent salary

All fees are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to your invoice at the prevailing rate.

We issue the invoice on the candidate's first day of work. The clock starts from day one.

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Short terms keep things simple and running smoothly for everyone.

Payment by direct bank transfer to the account details on the invoice. Simple and straightforward.
